Strength and Conditioning Coach, Athletic Therapist
About Marc
Marc Nadeau is an athletic therapist and strength coach that thrives on getting athletes to perform to their full potential. He has worked with junior and professional hockey players, as well as Olympic skiers and figure skaters. Marc is passionate about sports, and he harnesses that passion to bridge the gap between sports and performance training.
Athletic Therapy and Reconditioning
Marc graduated in Athletic Therapy from Concordia in 2016. He has worked with junior and prep hockey teams as a clinician and first responder. At Junxion Performance, Marc combines his athletic therapy background along with reconditioning, to take athletes through their rehabilitative journey from A-Z. This includes injury assessment and treatment, along with the reconditioning practice of fundamental movement education. Marc has worked closely for years with Scott and Jaime Livingston, the founders of the reconditioning approach.
Performance Training
Marc uses his athletic therapy and reconditioning base to create an integrated strength and conditioning practice that prioritizes movement skills and sustainable growth of strength, power, and speed. In the off-season, he also does on- and off-ice acceleration and velocity-based sessions, creating a seamless gym-to-sport transition. Marc has also taken the Exos Performance Specialist Course, as well as ELDOA 1&2.
