Rules
Hockey Etcetera strives to promote a positive experience for all. All visitors are expected to act in a safe and respectful manner. Rules and regulations help create a safe environment for all.
Food is not permitted in the locker rooms.
- No birthday cakes, cupcakes, donuts, meals, or similar items are allowed.
- Bistro 54 on the 2nd floor is a full-service restaurant.
- Note: Take-out food from Bistro 54 cannot be consumed in the locker rooms.
Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
- Bistro 54 is a licensed restaurant where alcohol can be purchased and consumed.
- No exceptions to this rule.
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises*.
Service dogs are welcome under the following conditions:- All service dogs must wear a collar.
- Small dogs must always remain in the owner’s arms; larger dogs must be on a leash.
- If your animal causes a disturbance, you will be asked to leave the premises.
- As working animals, service dogs are expected to remain calm and not bark at or play with patrons.
At Bistro 54:
- Service dogs cannot be fed.
- They must remain calmly at the owner’s feet or in a small carrier.
- Service dogs are not allowed to sit on chairs or have their paws on tables.
- Owners failing to comply with these rules will be asked to leave the premises.
Playing with hockey sticks is strictly prohibited outside the ice surfaces.
- This includes locker rooms and corridors.
- Players are not permitted to stickhandle, pass, or shoot pucks or balls outside the rink.
- Any damages resulting from failure to observe this rule will be the financial responsibility of the person at fault.
Parents and coaches must supervise children under 14 at all times.
- This includes children not participating in on-ice activities.
- Running in the lobby, corridors, and stairwells is strictly prohibited.
